Welcome! Shepherd is currently in the testing phase. These terms and conditions apply to anyone using or testing the platform during this phase.

1. Access

You’ve been invited to try Shepherd in its test version. Features may change, break, or be updated as we improve the tool.

2. Feedback

We may ask for feedback, and you’re welcome to share it. By doing so, you give us permission to use that feedback to improve Shepherd.

3. Data

Any content you add during testing (notes, project details, inputs) may be used for analysis to improve the tool but will never be shared publicly without your permission.

4. No Guarantees

This is a test version, so we can’t guarantee performance, availability, or bug-free usage. Use is “as is”.

5. Ownership

All rights to the Shepherd platform, design, and process remain with PMEL4ALL
